All of our trainers are current or former law enforcement officers or military veterans. Our personnel's experience includes service overseas in high threat environments, utilizing canines in connection with high risk calls for service in local communities and around the world, local law enforcement and high threat security at large special events.

OUR TEAM

Kenneth Balinger - Director of Canine Training


Kenneth has more than 40 years of multi-purpose canine experience in the law enforcement, military and private sectors. Aside from training, he has been a breeder for the European Sport Dog and Police titles since 1984, as well as being a lead trainer and dual-purpose program developer for 25 years.

  • Designing and implementing SWAT canine courses for regional SWAT teams
  • Conceptualized advanced canine technologies and tactics currently in development and practice, along with training programs to ensure reliable deployment of these technologies
  • Senior Tactical Trainer at United States Special Operations Command, Ft. Bragg, NC
  • Trainer for U.S Marshall Service "Proof of Concept" Tactical K9 Program
  • Director of Canine Operations for Blueforce Development Group/Vitrual-Armor
  • Unit Supervisor for multi-purpose canine unit for both the Plymouth County and Barnstable County Sheriff's Offices

Boarding

Our boarding facility is a clean, safe, and secure area for your dogs to stay in. They are temperature controlled with both indoor and outdoor areas. We also have a larger outdoor run area for your dog to be trained or just get exercise. 


Boarding rates: 


$45 per day for one dog

$65 per day for two dogs

$80 per day for three dogs

Obedience and behavior training at your home

Our trainer will go to your home and teach. We do assessments on your dog prior to the start date to go over your expectations and what your goals are.

$120 per hour

Come to our facility and meet with one of our trainers. We will do a assessment on your dog prior to the start of training to go over your expectations and what your goals are.

Board & Train

Board and train for 14 days

Fourteen days of boarding and training. The trainer will work your dog multiple times every day to reach your goals. This training includes obedience and behavioral training. Other training is available upon request.


Regardless of the program you choose we offer two free follow up sessions (one per month). 

$1,800 for the fourteen day board and train

Twenty one days of training. This is for more extensive training than our fourteen day program can offer. The trainer will work with your dog multiple times a day to reach your goals.

One month of training. This is for more extensive training than our twenty one day program can offer. The trainer will work with your dog multiple times a day to reach your goals.

Drug detection K9 dogs are typically used by law enforcement officials to search buildings, vehicles, cargo, luggage, and/or any location suspected of containing illegal substances.


Explosive Canines

Explosives Detection Canines are trained to find explosives and firearms-related evidence. The K-9's nose is a major asset, making them capable of detecting thousands of explosives combinations.
